In a tiny blurb at the end of this article about Highlander, it says the same dudes that wrote Iron Man, Art Marcum and Matt Holloway, also wrote a remake of the based-on-a-song Sam Peckinpaw trucker classic, Convoy.

I don't know who can replace Kris Kristofferson, Ali MacGraw, and Ernest Borgnine, but we can try. All three are still alive, oddly enough, perhaps they can star again...

Let's cast it!

Oh, oh, I know, a Transformers/Convoy cross over! They can run from the law in Optimus Prime and Ironhide and Ratchet! Michael Bay can even direct!
