Some dude left Virgina Madsen for Hilary Swank? Idiot.

According to Variety, Virginia Madsen has been cast as the first wife of George Putnam (Richard Gere), longtime boyfriend of Amelia Earhart (Hilary Swank). I would have stuck with Madsen personally. She has her own production company and could find a vehicle for me to show off my talents! At least he didn't leave her for Nicole Kidman... *shudder*
